Outlast Leads

Landscaping leads.
Built around your business.

Keep installation projects, property improvements, and maintenance requests clearly defined.

Illustrative residential landscaping work

Bring the landscape scope into focus before the estimate.

Landscaping inquiries distinguish installations, property improvements and ongoing care. Outlast Leads contacts the homeowner and asks several questions to prequalify the request. Once they answer, we forward the exclusive inquiry for your agreed service area. Your team then contacts the homeowner and confirms the booking.

Choose the work that suits your business

If your crew focuses on installations, a weekly mowing request is not the same service. Define whether maintenance, planting, sod, grading, or drainage inquiries belong in scope. For larger projects, ask what already exists on the property and whether the homeowner has a design, a rough idea, or a specific problem to solve.

Work backward from the planting and build schedule

Local weather, material availability, and your crew calendar affect when a project can begin. Homeowners may start researching well before they are ready for an estimate. Distinguish a near-term installation request from early planning, and avoid advertising start dates that depend on conditions your business cannot yet confirm.

A few things
worth knowing.

Are these leads exclusive?

Yes. Each lead goes to one contractor. Once your ZIP codes or cities are agreed during onboarding, that territory is reserved for your business. We do not onboard another contractor client in those areas. We contact and prequalify the homeowner before forwarding it. Your team then contacts the homeowner and confirms the booking.

Are hardscaping projects part of landscaping?

They can overlap, but patios, walls, and walkways deserve their own scope. During onboarding, define whether you accept both categories and how mixed projects should be described so your estimator knows what to prepare for.

Should a homeowner already have a landscape design?

That depends on your process. A design-build contractor may welcome an early concept, while an installation crew may need an existing plan. The lead criteria should reflect how your business actually takes on work.
