Tree Service leads.
Built around your business.
Define the removal, pruning, stump, and access conditions that fit your crew.

The right tree work starts with the site details.
Tree inquiries start with the requested work, site access and the trees involved. Outlast Leads contacts the homeowner and asks several questions to prequalify the request. Once they answer, we forward the exclusive inquiry for your agreed service area. Your team then contacts the homeowner and confirms the booking.
Describe the job your equipment can handle
A tree's approximate size, location, and surrounding space can change the equipment and crew needed. Decide which requests suit your operation, including whether stump grinding is accepted separately. Photos can help an estimator prepare, but they should not be treated as a substitute for assessing site conditions.
Distinguish planned work from urgent requests
Storms can change call volume and disrupt existing schedules. A campaign should reflect whether your business accepts urgent work and how quickly someone can assess it. Routine pruning, planned removals, and storm-related requests need different conversations. Never imply immediate dispatch if the crew cannot offer it.

A few things
worth knowing.
Are these leads exclusive?
Yes. Each lead goes to one contractor. Once your ZIP codes or cities are agreed during onboarding, that territory is reserved for your business. We do not onboard another contractor client in those areas. We contact and prequalify the homeowner before forwarding it. Your team then contacts the homeowner and confirms the booking.
Can I focus on removals instead of trimming?
That preference can form part of the accepted project criteria. Specify the work you want to estimate, the equipment limits that matter, and whether small jobs or stand-alone stumps fit your schedule.
How should dangerous site conditions be handled?
Treat reports of fallen limbs, unstable trees, or nearby power lines as information for your trained team to assess. An inquiry is not a safety assessment or a promise that your business can respond immediately.
