Outlast Leads

HVAC leads.
Built around your business.

Set separate criteria for repairs, replacements, maintenance, and seasonal capacity.

Illustrative residential hvac work

Build an HVAC inquiry process around the work you accept.

Heating and cooling inquiries distinguish repairs, replacements and planned maintenance. Outlast Leads contacts the homeowner and asks several questions to prequalify the request. Once they answer, we forward the exclusive inquiry for your agreed service area. Your team then contacts the homeowner and confirms the booking.

Keep equipment and job type visible

Define which systems your technicians service and whether the campaign should focus on repair work, installations, or both. A homeowner may know the equipment type or approximate age, but that information can be incomplete. Your assessment determines the cause of a problem, suitable options, and the actual installation requirements.

Adjust the conversation to seasonal demand

Heating and cooling requests can become urgent during temperature extremes. Your service radius, dispatch capacity, and installation backlog should shape the campaign discussion. A no-cooling request should not carry an assumed same-day appointment. Planned replacements also need time for equipment selection, site assessment, and a schedule your business can confirm.

A few things
worth knowing.

Are these leads exclusive?

Yes. Each lead goes to one contractor. Once your ZIP codes or cities are agreed during onboarding, that territory is reserved for your business. We do not onboard another contractor client in those areas. We contact and prequalify the homeowner before forwarding it. Your team then contacts the homeowner and confirms the booking.

Can replacement inquiries be handled separately?

That can be part of the onboarding scope. State which equipment and installation types fit your operation, and whether you accept homeowners still comparing replacement options. An inquiry does not establish that replacement is necessary.

Should campaigns mention rebates or energy savings?

Only use specific claims your business can substantiate for the equipment, property, and current program involved. Eligibility and outcomes should be checked before they are presented to a homeowner as part of a proposal.
